摘要
冲压作为一个行业,在国民经济的加工工业中占有重要的地位,在国民经济的各个部门中,几乎都有冲压加工产品。冲裁工艺和弯曲工艺作为冲压生产的两个重要工艺方法,在冲压生产中应用非常广泛,得到去产品既可以直接作为零件使用,又可以作为进一步加工的毛坯。
随着科技的进步,生产力的提高和竞争的加剧,对冲压工艺的要求越来越高。而计算机技术的发展,尤其是CAD/CAE/CAM等技术的快速发展,使进一步深入研究冲压工艺过程成为可能。本文以一种对保险丝冲孔、折弯的组合机床为研究对象,以研究板料冲孔和折弯工艺过程及其成形装置,同时完成冲孔折弯工艺过程的优化,本文主要进行了以下研究工作:
(1) 根据塑性成形理论、冲压工艺等基础理论,深入分析冲孔工艺和折弯工艺,在此基础上了解了冲孔工艺和折弯工艺的技术问题和相应的改善或解决方法。
(2) 研究了产品在机床上的冲孔过程,根据《冲孔折弯设备技术协议》及冲孔工艺的理论知识和生产实际,分析了加工方案和加工过程的合理性和可行性。
(3) 分析了冲孔工艺的装置的结构组成及主要零部件的作用,使用Pro/E软件对冲孔装置的关键运动部分进行运动仿真,保证了加工过程的安全、合理、高效。
(4) 研究了产品在机床上的折弯过程,分析了经冲孔加工后工件的形状、结构、尺寸,根据《冲孔折弯设备技术协议》及弯曲工艺的理论知识和生产实际,对折弯工艺进行了优化。
(5) 分析了折弯工艺的装置的结构组成及主要零部件的作用,在确保零件的质量的前提下,提高生产效率,降低加工成本,获得最好的经济效益。
(6) 介绍了实际的冲孔折弯机的样机以及样机加工出来的保险丝产品
本课题主要研究一种对保险丝冲孔、折弯的组合机床的成形工艺及装置。该机床将保险丝的冲孔、折弯两道工序组合到一起,能在30秒内完成6根保险丝的加工。本文主要对该设备冲孔折弯部分的功能分析、部件选用、结构设计以及各工序设计方案进行了研究。

Abstract
Stamping, as an industry, occupies an important position in the national economy of the processing industry, stamping products exist in various sectors of the national economy. Blanking process and bending process, as two important processes in stamping, are widely used in stamping producing, the products got from these two processes can be directly used as parts, or as blanks in the further processing .
With the advances in science & technology, improved productivity and increased competition, the requirement on the stamping process becomes higher and higher. The development of computer technology, especially the rapid development of CAD / CAE / CAM technology, makes further research on stamping process possible. In this paper, a kind of fuse punching, bending combination machine for the study, research punching and bending sheet metal forming processes and devices, while optimizing punching bending process is completed, the paper mainly conducts the following research:
(1) According to the basic theory of plasticity theory forming , stamping and crafts, this paper makes in-depth analysis of punching and bending process technology , based on this understanding, the technical problems in punching and bending processes and corresponding technology improvement or solution are got.
(2) This paper studied the punching process of the product on the machine , according to the "Foton production line - Punching Bending Equipment Technology Agreement 2014-2-10 " theoretical knowledge and practical producing experience in punching ,this paper analyzed the of the processing solutions.
(3) This paper analysed the punching process device structures and the function of major components , used Pro / E software to simulate the critical moving parts in punching motion device, that ensured that the process is safe , rational , efficient.
(4) The paper studied the bending process on the machine, analyzed the workpiece shape, structure, size after punching, according to the "Foton production line - Punching Bending Equipment Technology Agreement 2014-2-10 " and the bending process theoretical knowledge and practical production process, the bending process was optimized .
(5) This paper analyzed bending process device structures and the function of the major components, under the premise of ensuring the quality of parts , increase productivity, reduce processing costs and get the best value for money.
(6) This paper introduced the actual prototype of punching bending machine and the fuse it produced.
This paper mainly studies the design of punching and bending of a kind of fuse. This combination machine tool together the punching and bending processes. And it can finish the processing of six fuses within 30 seconds. This paper focuses on the introduction of functional analysis, component selection, structure design and each process design of this equipment.
