摘要
本次课题汽车覆盖件行李箱后板拉延模设计,首先需要对零件进行冲压工艺分析,并且由此对其冲压方向进行选择。为了选择冲压设备来满足冲压过程的需要,需要计算冲压力。接着要进行拉延模的具体设计,首先要确定模具的结构形式以及模具中心。接着要对凸模﹑凹模以及压边圈等零件进行设计,并进行三维建模,出二维图纸。之后,还要根据模具的结构对压边零件进行选择。拉延材料的选择也是不可少的,拉延材料的选择通常是根据零件的生产批量决定的,大批量则采用性能好的材料。该零件复杂且尺寸不规则,这对模具设计提出了较高的要求。而且汽车覆盖件大而薄,在拉深过程中可能会出现一些问题,尤其需要考虑破裂和起皱。为了防止起皱,设计拉延筋,增大压边力。但是为了防止破裂,压边力不能过大,因此压边力的控制极其重要。

Abstract
This topic is the design of drawing die for automobile covering parts of trunk back plate,First ,we need to analyse the stamping process of parts,and the choice of the stamping direction.In order to select the stamping equipment to meet the needs of the stamping process, we need to calculate the impact pressure.And then,we need to design the drawing die specificly, First we need to determine the structure of die and mold center.Then we carriy on designing the punch, die and blank holder and other parts, and 3D modeling, the 2D drawings.Then, according to the mould structure ,which was used to select pressure boundary components. Drawing material selection is necessary, drawing material selection is usually based on parts of the production decision, and large quantities should select the materials with good performance.The components are complex and size irregular, which puts forward higher requirements on the die design.But the automobile covering is large and thin, In the process of drawing may be some problems, especially the need to consider the fracture and wrinkle.In order to prevent wrinkling, we need to design drawbead, increase the blank holder force. But in order to prevent rupture, the blank holder force can not be too large, the blank holder force control is extremely important.
