摘要2014年大学毕业生达到了727万,比史上最难就业季的2013年还要多几十万,大学毕业生的就业难问题成为了社会关注的热点,不仅是学生本人,家人以及公司企业也都关注着这一问题。数十年的时间不少的学者教授都针对这一问题,提出了自己的见解,希望能够探索出一条改善这一现状的途径。本研究就是在这一背景下进行的。
本研究首先针对附近学生的就业难现状进行了问卷调查,并且调查了部分企业对于大学毕业生的看法,对搜集到的数据进行了分析处理,得出结论:大部分同学都希望选择与自己所学专业有关的工作;大部分同学的就业途径是校园招聘和网上投简历;最主要的缺陷是专业技能与经验;大部分企业认为毕业的学校不是关键,重要的是个人的能力,但依然是985学校的学生各方面认可度更高一些。
其后,本研究对搜集到的前人的与本研究有关的文献通过使用软件进行了整理分析,得出支持度比较高的几项大学毕业生就业影响因素以及对策:大学生的自身能力与心理状态;社会上的成才观;高校培养模式;城乡差距等。
本研究通过最后的总结的得出的结论主要有:政府、校企三方合作;增加实习机会;调整培养目标与方式;加大农村投入等措施来改善大学毕业生的就业难问题。

Countermeasures to improve the employment quality of graduates who were not from “985” colleges and universities
Abstract The number of graduates has been 7.27 million in 2014,which is more than in 2013 the hardest season in employment history.The difficulty of graduates to find a suitable job has been a hot topic for everyone.Not only the graduates,the company and his relatives care for the problem.In the past decade,numbers of researchers have made their own views about the problem,who want to find a way to improve the situation.The above is the background of this study.
First,for this study,a questionnaire was desired about the situation of vicinal graduates to find a job,and another questionnaire about the option of HRs coming from companies was also necessary.Then the data collected was analysed and come to the conclusion:most of the graduates desired to find a job which is associated with his majors;most of the graduates have got a job in the campus recruitment or by casting their resumes online;what they lacked most were professional skills and experience;most of the HRs held the view that the value of a person is his ability but not where he graduated,however the graduates from 985 colleges was more welcomed in the fact.
Second,the data collected from the library was arranged and analysed by softwares.The most popular factors tactics were got:the ability and mentality about graduates;the concept of being a talented persons;the training plan of colleges;the urban-rural differences and so on.
The finally result come from this study to improve the problem about the difficulty to find a suitable job contains cooperation between government,colleges and companies,increasing internship opportunities,adjusting the training objectives and methods,increasing rural investment.
