摘 要:随着网络经济的飞速发展,网上购物、网上银行、网上订餐等等与互联网相关的一系列新兴产业也随之产生。房地产业是国民经济的支柱产业,在这样的背景下,房地产网络营销应运而生。房地产网络营销以一种新的方法和理念,更高效地为企业和消费者服务,受到了很多房地产企业的青睐。本文根据房地产业自身的特点,研究房地产网络营销的理论来源、现状、发展前景、利弊分析、影响因素等,结合当前房地产网络营销的发展模式,提出一些个人的意见和建议,为未来工作奠定基础。

Abstract: With the rapid development of network economy, online shopping, online banking, online meal ordering and other series of emerging industries concerned about the Internet have sprung up accordingly. The real estate industry is pillar industry of the national economy. Under this background, the real estate online marketing emerges as the times require. It is more efficient on providing services for enterprises and consumers based on a new method and concept. Moreover, it is popular among many real estate enterprises. This paper will analyze briefly the theory sources, current situations, prospects for development, advantages and disadvantages and factors of real estate online marketing, which is according to the features of real estate industry itself. Combining with current development mode of real estate online marketing, I will give some personal advice and suggestions in my paper, which will found a basis on future work.
