Ti/TiN Multilayer Thick Coating Preparation Research



摘 要:采用电弧离子镀技术在钛合金基体上制备了厚Ti/TiN多层涂层(最大厚度可达46.3μm)。不同制备条件下,随着涂层调制周期中金属钛含量的变化,厚Ti/TiN多层涂层的力学性能也发生变化。维氏硬度结果表明Ti/TiN涂层中随着Ti含量的降低,维氏硬度有增加趋势。涂层附着力结果表明,Ti/TiN多层涂层附着力是随着涂层调制周期中钛含量增加而增加的。

Ti/TiN Multilayer Thick Coating Preparation Research
Abstract: Using electric arc ion plating technology on titanium alloy substrate was prepared by thick Ti/TiN multilayer coatings (maximum thickness up to 46.3 m (including).Under different preparation conditions, along with the change of the titanium content in the coating modulation cycle, thick mechanical properties of Ti/TiN multilayer coatings are also changing.Vickers hardness results show that the Ti/TiN coating with the loss of the Ti content, the vickers hardness is increased.Coating adhesion results show that the Ti/TiN multilayer coating adhesion is with coating increases with the increase of titanium content in modulation cycle.
