摘 要: 本文综述归纳了周期性结构光滤波器的概念、性质以及加工制造的实验进展,介绍了一种基于亚波长光栅图案的光滤波器。采用COMSOL软件模拟方法研究周期性长方体状金属结构的透射谱及反射谱,并提出一种周期性结构的光滤波器方案,得到不同结构参数及不同材料的滤波特性及品质因子。

Color Filter Based on A Sub-wavelength Metal Grating
Abstract: This paper summarized the concept of periodic structure light filter, nature and experimental progress of manufacturing and processing,A color filter incorporating a sub-wavelength patterned grating in a metal film perforated with a square array of circular apertures on a quartz substrate was introduced. We take the COMSOL software simulation method to study transmission spectrum and the reflection spectrum of the periodic structure and put forward a kind of periodic structure light filter scheme to gain different structural parameters and filtering characteristics of different materials and quality factor.
