摘要: 现今几乎所有的电子设备,如手机,MP3和笔记本电脑等进行充电的方式主要是一端连接交流电源,另一端连接便携式电子设备充电电池的有线电能传输。这种方式有很多不利的地方,首先频繁的插拔很容易损坏主板接口,另外不小心也可能带来触电的危险。因此,非接触式感应充电器在上个世纪末期诞生,凭借其携带方便、成本低、无需布线等优势迅速受到各界关注。目前无线充电的技术已经开始在手机中运用。由于无线传输的距离越远,设备的耗能就越高。要实现远距离大功率的无线电磁转换,设备的耗能较高。所以,实现无线充电的高效率能量传输,是无线充电器普及的首要问题。另一方面解决的问题是建立统一的标准,使不同型号的无线充电器与不同的电子产品之间能匹配,从而实现无线充电。
文中首先介绍了手机无线充电的特点、历史、发展现状及趋势。并对无线充电硬件电路系统做了简单的介绍。
其次,详细阐述硬件电路的各个模块的组成,包括电源控制系统、逆变电路、功率放大电路。分别详细说明电路的组成及选取方案。
最后,在理论的基础上设计了硬件电路系统。并进行仿真及原理图绘制。

Design and analysis of mobile wireless charging system
Abstract: Nowadays almost all electronic devices such as mobile phones, MP3 players and laptops mainly recharged through the cable connecting the device and the adapte.It has a lot of limitations, first frequent plug and unplug will easily damage the main board interface, and it may have the risk of electric shock in extreme. Therefore, non-contact induction charger was born in the end of the last century, with the advantage of easy to carry, low cost and no wiring rapidly draw the attention from all walks of life. The current wireless charging technology has been used in the mobile phone. It has been known that the longer the distance the wireless transmission, the higher the energy consumption of the equipment. To achieve high power over a long distance in wireless electromagnetic conversion, there will be a high energy consumption of the equipment. So, realizing high efficiency of energy transmission, is a primary issue the popularization of the wireless charger. Besides, it need to build a unified standard to match all devices..
This paper first introduces the mobile wireless charging characteristics, history, present situation and development trend, and made simple introduction about the wireless charging system hardware circuit.
Second, detailed in this paper, introduces the hardware circuit of the components of the various modules, including power supply control system, inverter circuit, power amplifier circuit. Detailed circuit composition and selection scheme respectively.
Finally, on the basis of the theory the hardware circuit is designed. The circuits are simulated in Multisim. And schematic diagram of the system is drawn in Protel .
