摘要:随着我国经济和电子商务的蓬勃发展,快递企业如雨后春笋般涌现。其中中小型快递企业占据了快递市场的一个重要组成部分,但由于我国国内快递市场的对外开放和国内大型快递企业的强势竞争,这些中小快递企业开始面临着严峻挑战:中小快递企业总体呈现出“小、少、弱、散”的特点,基础设施薄弱,资源利用率低、缺乏核心竞争力,无法为客户提供多样化、差别化、综合化服务。 同时伴随的经济问题的动态性、全球性、不确定性等给快递企业的发展带来了很多机会与威胁。
为了摆脱困境、实现中小型快递企业资源的优化配置和达到资源整合效果,本论文通过对企业的组织结构和市场环境等因素分析,提出了中小快递企业发展的新型模式——构建企业联盟。企业联盟的组建,可以实现价值链上不同作业环节中具有独特优势的企业联合起来,发挥各自的优势,达到扩展价值链和强化企业的战略环节的目的,充分利用资源和能力来创造市场机会,更好、更快的满足客户要求,降低各自的经营风险,而且能使联盟成员获得更多利润,有利于提高企业竞争力。本文通过对国内中小快递企业的现状分析、联盟构建的两种主要形式的研究,探讨中小快递企业进行联盟构建的相关问题,论述国内中小快递企业进行联盟构建的必要性和可行性及其最佳的联盟构建形式。并通过案例分析的形式具体阐明中小快递企业采用某种联盟形式后的具体成效,总结中小快递企业进行联盟构建中的问题和方法,阐明联盟这种新的组织形式对于中小快递企业发展的优势、不足。

The Research On The Construction Of Small And Medium-Sized Express-Delivery Enterprises Alliance In Our Country
Abstract: Along with the rapid development of our country economy and e-business, express delivery companies have sprung up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. Small and medium-sized express enterprises occupy an important part of the express delivery market, but because of the opening-up of Chinese domestic express delivery market and the strong competition of the large domestic and foreign express delivery enterprises, more and more small and medium-sized express delivery enterprises begin to face severe challenges---the development of small and medium-sized express delivery enterprises present a phenomenon----- "small, less, weak, scattered", weak infrastructure, low utilization rate of resources and core competitive ability is poorer, which is impossible to provide diversified differentiated and integrated services to the customers. In today's chaos of domestic express market environment, rival among express enterprises intensifies day by day. At the same time, with the economic problems becoming dynamic, global and uncertainty, in the future of express enterprises has brought about many opportunities and threats.
In order to make this work out and realize optimized-configuration and resource integration of small and medium-sized express delivery enterprise. In this paper, I try to analysis this issue from all the aspects of enterprise organization structure and market environment, etc. we can put forward the new model which is suitable to the healthy development of small and medium-sized express delivery enterprises—construct enterprise alliance. Forming an enterprise alliance, so we can put the different operation link on the value chain which have an unique goodness in an alliance, so every member can do these things they are good at to reach this goal of extending value chain and strengthen enterprise strategic link, using all available resources and the ability to create opportunities, to better and quickly meet customer requirements. It can not only reduce the management risk of each enterprise, but also enable companies to share more profit and become more advantageous to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, we also analyze the present situation of the domestic small and medium-sized express delivery enterprises and two main forms of alliance building to discusses all the issues about the construction of small and medium-sized express delivery enterprises alliance in our country, including the necessity and the feasibility to construct the alliance and the best form of alliance constructing. We also try to find out a practical case to declare the effect of the construction of small and medium-sized enterprises alliance, summarize all the problems and methods of construct an alliance and clarify alliance this new organization form how to help small and medium-sized express delivery enterprise become stronger, also about its advantages and disadvantages, so we can use it to solve practical problems and implement effectively.
