摘要 随着时代的进步社会的发展，各行各业都在不断的努力中进步，但在众多行业中动画行业好像没有想象中那样让人眼前一亮，在动画这个大范畴中3d动画绝对是技术和艺术的完美结合，我国的确有不少3d公司和工作室，但在多年的创作和探索中，很少出现好的作品让大众拍手称赞。xx公司可以说是国内顶尖的3d动画制作公司，多年来制作了不少好的作品，环球在动画制作方面有着自己的一套缜密而连贯的流程，各个部门分工明确，艺术家们工作努力。但细细分析在这套周密的流程中确实有着一些不合理的地方，本文以一般的3d动画制作流程为分析的基础专注于环球公司在动画制作流程优化，对环球投资方方面、部门与部门之间的沟通方面、资源分配方面、报告进度等方面，通过合并、并行、外包等策略对其中的不合理方面进行探讨和分析，致力于部门与部门之间的相互联系的促进，使得高消耗的动画制作避免流程中的时间和资源的浪费，并作出研究前后的流程图。同时将环球3d和国外3d进行比较分析找出优势和不足，并对我国3d动画将要遇到的机遇和挑战进行分析。

Abstract:With the development and progress of society, all walks of life progress in continuous efforts, but the animation in many industries industry does not seem to imagine that let a person shine at the moment, in the category of3D animation in animation is a perfect combination of technology and art,indeed there are many 3D companies and studios in China, but in the years of creation and exploration, rarely good works that people applaud. Institute of Digital Media Technology Co., Ltd. can be said to be China's top 3D animation production company, over the years have made many good works, there is a careful and consistent flow of his world in animation,various departments clear division of labor, the artists work efforts.
