摘要
生产线平衡是一门很大的学问,生产线平衡直接关系到生产线的正常使用。生产线平衡即是对某条生产线的全部工序进行平均化,调整作业负荷,以使各作业时间尽可能相近的技术手段与方法。目的是消除作业间的不平衡率损失和生产过剩。在生产线的生产模式下,如何切实提高生产线整体效率和产能,降低生产节拍,精简工作人员和机器设备,减少工序之间的在制品,以及追求同步化的生产模式越来越受到众多制造型企业的重视。生产线平衡率在某种程度上标志着企业设备和人员的利用率,并代表着生产线的生产能力。基于机械加工生产企业生产线的工艺平衡问题是一般劳动密集型生产企业的普遍存在问题,分析工艺平衡是提高生产率的关键问题,有助于采取相应的措施,以利于企业生产效率的提高。
本研究是针对xx有限公司生产的实际要求,运用工业工程及基本理论与方法,对xx公司不锈钢制品抛光B09生产流水线进行改善,以提高其产线平衡率目的。首先,叙述了论文的研究背景在国内外发展的现状 ,以及研究内容和研究思路;其次对装配线概念及工业工程理论进行了阐述,提出了装配线平衡的改善方向;其次针对xx公司的生产线平衡方面的问题进行现场调查分析,通过流程程序分析等方法确定公司产品的生产流程以及生产线上工位的分布情况;然后采用作业测定的方法科学计算出每道工序的标准时间,再通过生产线的评价指标来反映生产线实际运行效率;最后针对性地提出具体、合理的改善方法,并对比改善前后装配线的平衡率,以此来说明通过改善在一定程度上提高了该公司生产线平衡率;总结改善的效果及原因,并针对改善后的效果评价提出后期改善的重点。

Abstract
Line balancing is a lot of learning, line balancing is directly related to the normal use of the production line. Production line that is on the balance of all the processes of a production line averaging, adjust workloads, so that each time the job as closely as possible technical means and methods. The purpose is to eliminate losses and overproduction unbalance between jobs. The utilization rate of the production line balancing somehow marks the business equipment and personnel, and represents the production capacity of the production line. Balance machining production process production line is a common problem based on the general labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises, the analysis process is to improve the productivity of balancing key issues and help take the appropriate measures to facilitate production efficiency.
This study is required for the actual production of the San Yuan Co., the use of industrial engineering and basic theory and method of San Yuan polished stainless steel production lines B09 improvements to increase its rate of production line balancing purposes. First of all, the paper describes the industrial engineering theory of production line balancing improve involves the related theory and production line of the eva luation index, and expounds the influence factors of production line balancing, and puts forward the improvement of production line balancing direction;Next to the production line balancing Sheng yuan wood industry company of the field investigation and analysis, this paper through the process analysis, procedure analysis method to determine the company the production technique, production process and production line location distribution; Then the work measurement method of scientific calculated each procedure of standard time, again through the eva luation indexes of production line to reflect the actual operation efficiency production line; Finally pointed proposed specific, reasonable way of improvement, and improve the balance of production line after contrast ratio, so as to show that, through improving promotes, to some degree, the company production line balancing rate; Summarize the effect of improving and the reason, and to improve the effect after the eva luation of the late put forward improving key.
