摘要 针对目前我国制造行业生产不均衡的普遍现象，生产线作为一个制造企业最核心的部分，如何评价生产线平衡，如何寻找生产线瓶颈工序，如何优化生产线使之标准化等问题就值得思考与研究。
运用工业工程理论方法，从生产工艺流程、作业时间与操作方法、生产工序等方面，对选择的一所半导体封装测试公司进行生产线现状改善。将生产线各项经济指标作为关注重点，参考国内外有关研究成果，分析问题的原因，通过对一些工序的调整，并坚持以人为本，注重员工的工作效率与精神状态，制定适合企业改善生产线不均衡问题的方案。最终发现，从生产线管理的角度来优化生产线，提高企业生产效率是有很大的进步空间的。对于半导体封装测试企业，为了满足生产平整化的要求，要进一步结合精益生产的思想，从小处着手，尽可能消除一切浪费，提高管理者的素质，定期培训员工，加强整体能动性，从而提高企业生产线的平衡度与效率，为企业增产创收。

Abstract Aiming at the general phenomenon of the production in manufacturing industry is not balanced in China,the problems such as how to eva luate the production line balance,how to look for the production lin bottleneck process,and how to optimize the production line are worth our thi- nking and research.
Given this,in the study of the basic theory of industrial engineering knowledge on the premise, through the observation records,a stopwatch time measurement,collecting relevant data,using the IE theory method to choose a semiconductor packaging test company status to improve production line,from the production process ,operation time and operation methods ,productions process,etc.
The various economic indicators of production lion as focus ,refer to relevant research results at home and abroad ,based on some process of micro adjustment,and adhere to the people-oriented, pay attention to employee's work efficiency and mental state,formulate suitable scheme for enterp- rises to improve production line imbalance problem.Finally found,from the aspect of production m- anagement to optimize the production line and improve production efficiency are exist a big progr- ess space.For semiconductor packaging test enterprises,in order to meet the production requirem- ents of flat,integrating the concept of lean production,starting small,as far as possible to eliminate all waste,to improve the quality of the managers,training staff regular,to strengthen the overall init- iative,to improve the balance and efficiency of enterprise production, increasing revenue for the enterprise.
