摘要 随着社会经济的发展,物质极度丰富的同时,也带来了环境的污染,且还在持续的恶化。这时以谋求企业经济效益、社会效益和环境效益最大平衡的绿色供应链管理(Green Supply Chain Managment,GSCM)就应运而生。而绿色采购就是在绿色供应链管理的基础上发展起来的,绿色采购作为绿色供应链管理中的重要一环,也是提高企业环境绩效和综合竞争力的重要手段。
首先,分析了国内外绿色采购和绿色供应链的研究现状,以及供应链及采购管理的相关理论知识。其中主要包括供应链、绿色供应链、采购管理即绿色采购的相关定义。
其次,从长安汽车的现有传统采购流程出发,分析了传统采购和绿色采购的差异。同时分析了长安汽车现行采购流程存在的问题,且同时分析了长安汽车要实施绿色采购的必要条件和该如何转型。
接着,通过对长安汽车现有流程和其内外环境分析的基础上,确定了长安汽车在实施绿色采购时对于供应商的评价指标,并用层次分析法进行了评价过程演示。同时完善并优化了长安汽车的采购流程,使其更符合绿色采购的要求,并对长安汽车该如何实施绿色采购提出了相关建议。
最后,通过前文的分析,提出了企业实施绿色采购必须要关注环境,实行环境管理,评价供应商时应加入绿色化的指标,同时应注重效率和信息的交流等结论。并对绿色采购未来的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract With the social and economic development, the material is extremely rich, but also brings environmental pollution, and continues to deteriorate. Then to seek corporate economic, social and environmental benefits of the largest balance of green supply chain management is made. The green procurement is developed on the basis of the green supply chain management, green procurement as a green supply chain management an important part, but also an important means of improving corporate environmental performance and overall competitiveness.
This paper analyzes the research status at home and abroad for green procurement and green supply chain and related theoretical knowledge of supply chain and procurement management. Which includes definitions of supply chain, green supply chain, procurement management that green procurement.
Second, from the existing traditional procurement process of Changan Automobile, analyzes the differences between traditional procurement and green procurement. also analyzed the existing problems in the procurement process, and also analyzes the necessary conditions to implement green procurement and how to transformation.
Then through analyzing the Changan automobile existing processes and its internal and external environment, identified in the implementation of green procurement for supplier eva luation and demonstration eva luation process conducted by AHP. At the same time, perfect and optimize the Changan automobile purchasing process, make it more in line with the requirements of the implementation of green procurement, and how to implement green procurement for some suggestions.
Finally through the above analysis, It is concluded that the enterprise to implement green procurement must pay attention to the environment, the implementation of environmental management, eva luation of supplier should join the green index, at the same time should pay attention to efficiency and information communication. And green procurement in the future research direction was prospected.
