摘要
当今制造业的迅猛发展,不仅促进了国家整体经济的发展,而且带动了其他产业的发展。目前制造业多采用生产线模式的生产方式,这种方式把整个产品的生产过程进行细分,分配到每个工作位的工序是固定有限的,每个工作位只需要掌握特定的几道工序,整体上看,不仅简化了生产流程,并且能够提高每个工作位的操作速度。但这样的分配方式往往忽视了每个工作位的操作时间的一致性,这样不仅造成了无谓的工时损失,还容易造成大量的存滞品出现,严重的甚至会造成生产中止,最终影响生产线的平衡率和生产效率。因此在生产线的生产模式下,如何切实提高生产线整体效率和产能,降低生产节拍,精简工作人员和机器设备,减少工序之间的在制品,以及追求同步化的生产模式越来越受到众多制造型企业的重视。
本论文主要针对C公司生产线的平衡性进行研究,并结合该公司产品的特点,对现行生产线进行改善及优化,并提出相应的解决方案,旨在提高企业的生产效率,说明工业工程理论与技术在实际生产线平衡改善中的运用。首先,叙述了论文的研究背景在国内外发展的现状 ,以及研究内容和研究思路;其次对装配线概念及工业工程理论进行了阐述,提出了装配线平衡的改善方向;其次针对C公司的生产线平衡方面的问题进行现场调查分析,通过工艺程序分析、流程程序分析等方法确定公司产品的生产工艺、生产流程以及生产线上工位的分布情况;然后采用作业测定的方法科学计算出每道工序的标准时间,再通过生产线的评价指标来反映生产线实际运行效率;最后针对性地提出具体、合理的改善方法,并对比改善前后装配线的平衡率,以此来说明通过改善在一定程度上提高了该公司生产线平衡率;总结改善的效果及原因,并针对改善后的效果评价提出后期改善的重点。

Abstract
The rapid development of manufacturing industry, not only promoted the developmentof state economy, and drive the other industry development. At present, a lot of manufacturing adopt the production mode of production methods, this approach subdividing the whole production process and assigned to each work process is fixed limited, each work only need to master the specific several process, overall, not only simplifies the production process, and can improve the operation speed of each work place.But the distribution methods often ignore every work of a time of operation consistency, such not only caused unnecessary loss of working hours, also easy to cause a large amount of deposit sluggish product appear, serious can have even production terminated, finally affect the balance of production rate and the production efficiency. So in production line production mode, how to improve the efficiency of the whole production line and productivity, lower production beat,streamline work personnel and equipment, reduce process in between the products, and the pursuit of synchronization production mode by more and more many manufacturing enterprise value.
