摘要:在国内土地资源日益珍贵,劳务成本日益增加,设备价格日益增长的情况下,需要在既定的工作条件下,不依靠增加投资,不增加工人劳动强度,只通过重新组合生产要素、优化作业过程、改进操作方法、整顿现场秩序等方法,消除各种浪费,节约时间和资源,从而提高产出效率、增加效益、提高生产率。同时,由于作业规范化,工作标准化,还可使产品质量稳定和提高,人员士气上升。
沭阳xx科技有限公司在手机部件生产领域有着举足轻重的地位,但因为需要大量普通工人来完成单调而简单的工作并采用计时工资制,工人缺乏工作积极性,同时工人操作不规范造成时间浪费,管理者狭隘的经验式管理,5s的实施和持续改善只能是一句空话。车间布局不合理导致物流路线增加,生产线流程不合理造成半成品积压等问题。这些问题严重影响了产线效率和公司效益的提高,阻碍着公司的发展。因此,需要对车间重新布置和规划,设计一个更合理的布局方案。本文在相关理论的指导下,对xx公司生产线做了详细分析,总结了生产线布局和管理存在的主要问题,对其原因做了详细分析,并运用定量和定性分析相结合的方法从流程管理、设施布置、操作改善三个角度对改善生产线提出了对策。通过对工人操作进行标准化,设施布置合理化,流程再造,提高了产线效率,为xx公司提升综合实力,进一步发展奠定了基础。

Abstract : Research work follows the principles in order to improve the efficiency of the connotation.Under the given working conditions , It eliminates all waste, saving time and resources to improve output efficiency , increase effect and improve productivity, by recombination of production factors , optimizing operating processes , improving methods of operation, rectifying order at the scene and so on , rather than relying on increased investment , increasing labor intensity . Meanwhile, owing to the operation standardization, standardization of work , research work can also stabilize and improve product quality , increase staff morale .
AAC Technologies Limited Corporation has a great place in the production of mobile phone parts .Because of the need of a lot of ordinary workers to complete the monotonous and simple work and using hourly wages , the workers lack work enthusiasm .Meanwhile ,the inappropriate operation of workers contributing to a waste of time , the managers applying narrowly empirical management lead to the implementation of 5s and continuous improvement being an empty talk .The inappropriate layout of the workshop leads to increase in logistics routes and the inappropriate production line process leads to semi-finished products overstocking . These problems seriously affected the production line efficiency and effect of the company ,hindering the development of the company . Therefore, we need to apply research work to rearranging and planning the workshop , designing a more reasonable layout scheme . Under the guidance of the relative theory of research work , this paper has done a detailed analysis about AAC company production line and summarized the main problems of production line layout and management existing including a detailed analysis of its reasons . And this paper using the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis proposes countermeasures to improve production line from the view of process management, facility layout and operational improvements . By standardizing the operation of workers , facilities layout rationalization and process reengineering , it improves the efficiency of the production line and lays the foundation for the enhance of the overall strength of the AAC and the further development of the company .
