摘 要
伴随着我国国民经济的快速发展，机械行业近年来也得到了长足的进步。在机械行业取得长足发展的同时，各类生产安全事故也随之增加，事故的惨痛教训也使人们越来越认识到安全生产在企业发展过程当中的重要性。为了贯彻国家关于企业安全生产标准化建设的要求，xx汽车零部件（镇江）有限公司依据《企业安全生产标准化基本规范》（AQ/T9006—2010）进行安全标准化体系建设。
公司以《企业安全生产标准化基本规范》（AQ/T9006—2010）中13个一级要素和42个二级要素为依据，来建立安全标准化体系。安全标准化策划阶段，根据《企业安全生产标准化基本规范》（AQ/T9006—2010）和《冶金等工贸企业安全标准化评定标准》要求建立公司安全生产管理部门和安全生产领导小组，明确领导职责及安全承诺，制定安全生产标准化目标和方案，完善相关操作规程与规章制度；安全标准化实施阶段，即将所制定的制度、目标、职责等进行实施的过程，通过人员教育培训、生产设施设备管理、作业现场安全管理等将各项制度落实到位；安全标准化检查审核阶段，按《冶金等工贸企业安全标准化评定标准》要求检查实施的情况和效果判断是否达到标准，及时总结实施过程中的经验和教训；安全标准化改进阶段，即企业通过评审，发现问题，找出差距，并据安全生产标准化的评审结果等情况提出完善措施，对安全生产目标、指标、规章制度操作规程等进行修改完善。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of China's national economy, the machinery industry in recent years has also been considerable progress. Progress has been made in the machinery industry, while the production of various types of accidents have increased, the painful lessons of the accident also growing awareness of the importance of safe production in the process of enterprise development. In order to implement the national standardization of production on enterprise security requirements, INTEVA Auto Parts (Zhenjiang) Co., Ltd. based on “basic norms of corporate safety standardization”(AQ/T9006-2010) security standardization system.
Company to “basic norms of corporate safety standardization”(AQ/T9006-2010) in 13 and 42 two elements of a factor as the basis to establish a security standardization system. Safety standardization planning stage, according to the“basic norms of corporate safety standardization”(AQ/T9006-2010) and “standardization metallurgical industry and trade enterprise security assessment standards”established company safety management and safety in production leadership team, a clear leadership responsibilities and security commitment to develop safety standardization objectives and programs, improve the relevant rules and regulations; Safety standardization implementation phase, the process for implementation of the system, objectives, responsibilities and other upcoming developed through education and training of personnel, production facilities and equipment management, job site safety management will be put in place various systems; Safety standardization inspection audit stage, press the "standardization metallurgical industry and trade enterprise security assessment standards" required to check the implementation and effectiveness of judging whether the criteria sum up the implementation process of the experiences and lessons learned; Improved safety standardization phase, the enterprise through the assessment, identify problems, identify gaps, and according to the results of the safety assessment of production standardization, etc. propose measures to improve production safety goals, targets, rules and other regulations to revise and improve.

xx汽车零部件（镇江）有限公司，是专业为国内外一些著名汽车厂商配套生产门锁、升降器、马达以及门板系统的现代化生产企业。它拥有世界一流的技术研发能力，先进的生产制造设备，完善的人才培养发展机制，以人文本的企业文化，强调安全生产与职业健康相均衡的全新的管理理念。
1993年落户镇江，至今从未发生过重大安全事故。2000年搬迁至丁卯高新园区，投资1000万美元，总占地2公顷，厂房及办公区占地6000平米。员工总数现已近500人。从落户镇江至今，获得过很多市委市政府、新区管委会及各行政职能部门颁发的多个荣誉证书及奖牌。
2010年3月份公司被新区安监局列为“1＋3”安全监控体系建设以来，取得了较好的安全控制效果及社会影响，多次接待各方安全人员来企业学习创建工作，员工在安全“1＋3”创建工作中也积极参与表述心得，取得了很好的效果。
2010年时，公司已在2010年9月份顺利通过了OHSAS18001职业安全健康管理体系，并取得认证证书(DNV)，成为xx集团亚太地区第一个获得认证的企业；
2010年11月份公司通过了三级“安全标准化”验收，成为全市第一家通过安全标准化验收的机械制造企业。
2011年2月被镇江市安委会评为2010年度“镇江市十佳安全诚信企业”。2011年3月被江苏省安监局评为2010年度“江苏省安全诚信企业”。
