摘要
危险作业安全可靠性差，易发生人员伤亡事故，生产经营单位一直都将危险作业的安全管理作为开展安全工作的重中之重。危险作业作为企业危险因素的一部分，也得到国家法律、企业管理者、危险作业人员的高度重视。本文中，我结合自己的专业实习经历和对文献资料的收集整理，对八大类危险作业中“吊装作业、动火作业、高处作业、临时用电作业”四类危险作业进行了重点的研究。通过在实习过程中的所见所闻和对文献资料的阅读、整理，从危险作业的各个环节分析其危险性，指出危险作业过程中常出现的问题及原因，分析危险作业现场的安全管理不到位，分析危险作业引发安全事故的原因，提出建议和安全管理措施。在危险作业的审批、危险作业人员的安全培训、危险作业过程的安全监控、作业后的现场清理等方面，对安全管理者、危险作业人员、危险作业区域内的其他人员提出建议。希望能完善危险作业的安全管理，降低危险作业事故发生的可能性，更好的控制事故后果的严重程度。

ABSTRACT
Dangerous job security and poor reliability, prone personnel casualties, production units have been dangerous job security management as a top priority to carry out work safely. Dangerous operations as part of the business risk factors, but also by national law, corporate managers, the risk of operating personnel are highly valued. In this article, I combine their professional internship experience and on literature data collected for eight categories of dangerous jobs, "lifting operations, hot work, work at heights, temporary power operation" dangerous operations conducted four research priorities . See and hear and read through the information in the literature internship process, organize, from all aspects of the job hazard analysis of the danger, pointing out problems and causes dangerous operations often occur in the process, analyze the risk of job site safety management is not in place , cause analysis of accidents caused by dangerous operations, suggestions and safety measures. 摘要
