摘要: 交通是城市活动的经济命脉,随着我国汽车工业迅速发展,机动车保有量迅速增加,城市交通拥堵的加剧引起了交通事故的频繁发生,以及车辆延误增加,可见由于城市交通引起的生态和环境问题日趋严重,这在很大的程度上影响着居民的生活质量和城市今后的可持续发展。北京市作为首都,其经济发展太过迅猛,交通基础设施的建设速度已经很难适应交通量的需求,从而导致了交通拥堵,进而加重了交通污染问题,交通带来的大气污染己经成为北京市大气污染的最主要来源之一。为了解决由交通造成的环境污染方面问题,各种针对于机动车尾气的治理方法不断涌现,其中通过适当地改进交通信号系统来影响交通环境的方法就是之一。
大致上来说,关于交通信号的控制发展历程,包括了从点、到线再到面3个控制阶段,我们可以改变每个交差口设置的色灯信号控制参数,来使信号控制下的本交叉点,在所有方向上的交通流通过该交叉口时停车延误最小,以及在多个交叉口形成信号联锁控制,达到区域最优化。这样可以缓解拥堵区域内的交通压力,最终使得区域内交通流量的分配趋于合理,来降低污染物的排放量。国外当前比较成熟的系统主要有TRANSYT系统、SCATS系统和SCOOT系统。
本文以道路交叉口处的信号控制系统优化对交通环境影响分析为研究内容,将北京市延庆县,作为研究主体,以实用性、可比性、可行性为原则,通过对比系统优化前后,对象线路上有关交通流量、旅行的时间长短和延误时间以及平均速度有关状况的调查,最后通过计算、对比、分析出交通信号系统对环境的影响。最后结果表明信号系统的改进对机动车排放的污染,起到了一定良好的削弱作用。

Traffic signal system analysis on the influence of traffic environment
Abstrac: the city traffic is the lifeblood of economic activities, along with the rapid development of China's automobile industry, the rapid increase of motor vehicles tenure, city traffic congestion has led to frequent traffic accidents, vehicle delay increases, the ecological and environmental problems caused by city traffic is becoming increasingly serious, which greatly affect the sustainable development of the quality of life of residents and the city. Beijing city as the capital's economic development is too rapid, the traffic infrastructure construction speed has been difficult to adapt to the traffic demand, leading to traffic congestion, aggravate the problem of traffic pollution, traffic brought about by air pollution has become Beijing's main source of air pollution. To solve the traffic problems of environmental pollution, various treatment methods of the automobile tail appears continuously, through the improvement of traffic signal system to affect the traffic environment is one of them.
The development of traffic signal control has experienced 3 stages to control, remote control and surface control, through the color lamp is arranged in each cross signal control parameters, the signal under the control of the intersection of all directions of traffic flow at the intersection of the stalled minimum delay time, and a control in a number of intersection signal interlocking, seek regional optimal, can alleviate the congestion area traffic pressure, make the traffic flow distribution in the city within the scope of reasonable, the pollutant emissions reduced. The more mature system there are TRANSYT system, SCATS system and SCOOT system.
In this paper, taking the road intersection signal control system upgrade project impact on traffic environment as research content,Yanqing County of Beijing City, As the main research object, according to the practicability, comparability, scientific and reliable principle, the average emission standard vehicles Co, hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides content analysis as the main index, through the system before and after the operation of line of traffic flow, travel time, delay time and other traffic survey, calculation and compared to the region of motor vehicle exhaust emission quantity, and the final analysis of traffic signal system on the environment. The final results showed that the signal system improvement of vehicle emission pollution, to weaken the effect of good.
