摘要: 作为教学活动中的主体,教师与学生越来越受到教育研究者的关注。高中新课标指出,在教学中教师处于主导地位,要适时地引导学生,并且创造良好的学习环境从而让学生全身心地投入到学习中去。而学生作为学习的主体,教师要让学生参与到学习知识的形成过程中来,让他们参与到探究的过程中来,形成动手与自学能力。如今课程改革不断推进,教师要积极提高自身素质参与到教学资源的开发与运用中来,教师的素质主要是在课堂上表现出来,所以教师的课堂教学技巧与人格魅力在教学活动中有着重要作用。

The practice and application of classroom teaching and personality in the high school teaching
Abstract: As two main factors in the education ,teachers and students have got more and more attention of education researchers. New standard points out that teachers are in a dominant position in teaching, to timely guide the students to learn and create a good learning environment for students to devoting themselves to their studies. The students is the main body of learning, so we should let students participate in the formation process of learning knowledge, and let them participate in the process of exploring and self-study ability. In today's constantly promoting curriculum reform, teachers should also improve their own quality involved in the development and construction of curriculum resources, however, teachers' quality is mainly expressed in the classroom, so teachers' classroom teaching skills and personality are particularly important.
