摘要
高压真空开关( 包括中压3~40.5kV、高压72~126kV, 以下简称真空开关) 是在真空介质中关合和开断电路的开关设备。主要品种包括真空断路器、真空接触器、真空负荷开关等。真空开关的灭弧原理是将开关的动、静触头封闭在真空容器, 即灭弧室( 由玻璃或陶瓷制成) 内进行分、合操作。灭弧室真空度应在1.3×10-3~1.33×10-7Pa范围。在高真空度状态下, 触头间具有很高的绝缘强度和很高的开断能力。真空负荷开关作为较先进的的开关设备,适合频繁操作,具有结构简单、开断能力较强、灭弧性能好、机械电寿命长、检修维护工作量小,防燃、防爆、运行可靠性高、检修周期长等优点,因此广泛使用在配电线路上。负荷开关的工作原理与断路器相似,也具有简单的灭弧装置,但其结构比较简单, 一般不具备电流互感器和继电保护等功能。操动机构是真空开关的核心部件之一,其作用是驱动真空灭弧室的动触头,以达到闭合与分断电路的目的。
真空负荷开关的弹簧操动机构是利用已储能的弹簧为动力,实现开关的分合闸操作。弹簧操动机构以其结构简单紧凑、操动灵活、机械寿命长等优点被广泛应用,但由于弹簧操动机构加工工艺要求较高,传动环节较多,有时也可能会出现故障,这就要求在实际中不断研究总结操动机构的运行维护经验,着力提升配网运行水平和社会效益。
本次设计内容主要包括缸的动作原理分析与关键件的工艺设计,工艺与材料的计算与选择,工艺方案的拟定,主要零件的工艺设计,工艺应注意的问题等等。通过对方案进行反复的调整与验算确定了零件工艺,使设计的工艺基本达到了加工的要求。

Abstract
High voltage vacuum switch (including medium pressure 3~40.5kV, pressure 72~126kV, hereinafter referred to as the vacuum switch) is closing and opening switches off the circuit in the vacuum medium. The main varieties include vacuum breaker, vacuum contactor, vacuum load switch. Vacuum switch is the principle of dynamic static contact switch, enclosed in a vacuum container, an arc extinguishing chamber (made of glass or ceramic) within the division, operation. Vacuum degree of vacuum interrupter should be in the range of 1.3 × 10-3~1.33 × 10-7Pa. In a vacuum state, has the very high dielectric strength and high breaking capacity between contacts. Vacuum load switch as the switch equipment is advanced, suitable for frequent operation, has the advantages of simple structure, breaking ability, good performance of mechanical electric arc, long life, small maintenance workload, anti burning, explosion proof, has the advantages of high reliability, long maintenance cycle, so it is widely used in power distribution lines. The principle and circuit breaker controller load switch is similar, also has the arc extinguishing device is simple, but its structure is relatively simple, generally do not have the current transformer and relay protection function. The actuator is one of the key components of vacuum switch, its role is moving contact driving vacuum interrupter, in order to achieve the purpose of closing and breaking circuit.
Spring vacuum load switch operating mechanism is to use spring has energy storage for power, realize the switching operation of the switch. Spring operating mechanism for its simple and compact structure, flexible operation, long life and other advantages of machinery is widely used, but because of the spring operating mechanism processing requirements higher, transmission links more, sometimes may malfunction, which requires constant research summary of operating mechanism in the actual operation and maintenance experience, to improve the the level of distribution network and social benefits.
The design content mainly includes the operation principle is analyzed and the key parts of the process design of cylinder, calculation and selection of technology and materials, the proposed process scheme, process design of the main parts of the process, should pay attention to the problem. By adjusting and checking of part process repeatedly scheme is determined, the design process meets the processing requirements.
