Abstract
With the miniaturization trend in the development of micro-machining parts products processing and manufacturing in position in the increasingly important. From mobile phones to computer technology, from miniature digital equipment to all aspects of medicine and public health, micro components have broad application space, while using conventional processing techniques to process these tiny parts is also possible. However, when reduced to a range of part sizes, many physical phenomena with macroscopic world very different, some general theory will be corrected, so the theoretical and experimental research in micro scale is particularly important.
In order to study the micro forming rule, this paper carried out the following work:
(1) The paper based on micro forming technology development and application prospect, introduces the current research situation of micro forming technology, and the research status of scale effect.
(2) Then through the design of micro forming die shape of drawing of stainless steel sheet metal box, in order to study on the scale effect of micro forming. First of all, the micro mold design ideas and design process are explained, and the detection device of micro mould were designed, including CCD real-time observation sheet rupture, piezoelectric plate to detect the edge pressing ring blank holder force, as well as the AE signal sensor to detect the tiny fracture plates.
(3) Stainless steel plate material using a mold design and detection device of box drawing test, by changing the thickness and die size, to study the scale effect of the micro forming. Learning is a strain measurement analysis of box type using the ARGUS system.
The results are in good agreement with the micro forming scale effect exists, for micro forming, has a very good reference significance to design micro processing technology research and technology program. To improve the micro forming the actual industrial production efficiency and product qualification rate.
