摘要 激光珩磨技术是一种新型的表面微观造型技术,特别适用于发动机汽缸内表面的加工处理。
对发动机汽缸内表面进行激光珩磨处理的主要目的是:提高汽缸内壁的硬度和耐磨性,并改善汽缸和活塞之间的润滑效果,从而达到减磨延寿、提高密封性、降低油耗量、减少颗粒排放的效果。我国汽车产量不断增加,汽车包括其他机动车辆的尾气污染问题也越来越严重。因此,研制发动机汽缸孔激光珩磨专用机床,对汽车产业和环保事业极为有利。
本文根据激光珩磨设备的功能需求定位和激光珩磨的工艺特点,首先进行了设备的系
统设计。所设计的系统由激光器、工作台部分、用于控制激光器和工作台的控制部分和辅助装置等四部分组成。

ABSTRACT Laser honing technology is a new type of surface micro-texturing technology,specially suitable for processing the surface of engine cylinder.
The main purpose of processing the surface of engine cylinder is to improve the hardness and wear resistance of cylinder wall and improve the lubrication between the cylinder and the piston,so as to reduce wear,extend operating life,improve sealing,reduce fuel consumption and particulate emissions.The car production in our country continue to increase,pollution problems of car,including other motor vehicles,are more serious.Therefore,development of laser honing machine which is used to process engine cylinder,is very favorable to automobile industry and environmental protection.
In this thesis,on the basis of functional requirements of laser honing equipment and technical characteristics of laser honing,the system design of equipment is performed.The designed system is composed of laser source system,worktable,control system and accessorial devices.
