人员招聘是为了满足企业发展的需要,根据其人力资源规划与工作分析的结果,寻找并吸引那些有能力又有兴趣到本公司任职的人员,并且从中选出合适的人员予以录用的过程。企业的管理与运行离不开人力资源的支持,人的作用在企业经济活动中发挥着不可替代的作用。所以人力资源管理对于企业的生存与发展起着至关重要的作用,而招聘作为人力资源引进的主要渠道更是显得尤为重要。本文旨在研究员工招聘的活动过程对企业招聘有效性的影响,通过对招聘活动各个环节的分析,剖析出每一环节对最终招聘成果的影响。在理论与实际案例研究相结合的基础上,得出了要使企业招聘的有效性得到保证,在实施招聘活动阶段,要对招聘活动的各个环节进行合理有效的控制,保证每一个环节的科学有效。企业招聘的有效与否,受到招聘活动每一环节的影响。

Abstract
Recruitment is in order to meet the needs of enterprise development, based on the analysis of the human resources planning and work results, find and attract those who have the ability and interest to the company's personnel, and selects the appropriate personnel to be hired from the. Operation and management of the enterprise cannot do without the support of human resources, the role of people play an irreplaceable role in the economic activity of enterprise. So the human resources management for the enterprise's survival and development plays a vital role, the main channel and recruitment as human resources introduction is particularly important. This paper aims to influence the process of staff recruitment effectiveness of enterprises, through the analysis of all aspects of recruitment activities, analyzes the influence of every link on the final recruitment results. Based on theory and practical case studies on a combination, that will make the validity of enterprise recruitment is guaranteed, in the implementation of recruitment activities, to all aspects of recruitment activities are reasonably and effectively control, ensure each link of the scientific and effective. Enterprise recruitment is effective or not, affected recruitment activity each link.
