摘要 事业成功与否，与性格和职业的匹配度密切相关。研究本科生的性格与职业兴趣关系具有重要的现实意义。本文在研究权威人格理论的基础上，选用内倾—外倾与感性—理性作为性格分类的维度，采用5D性格模型，对五类不同性格的本科生进行职业兴趣分析。本研究采用问卷调查的方法，以5D性格模型和霍兰德职业兴趣测验为依据，设计调查问卷，调查江苏大学本科生的性格类型和职业兴趣的关系，并分析不同年级、学院、专业、性别等因素对本科生性格和职业兴趣匹配的影响。本文将本科生的性格分为5类，在把握各性格类型的基本特征条件下，分析不同类型性格的优点和缺点，并与其职业兴趣相结合，研究得出不同性格本科生的职业兴趣，为本科生未来的就业选择提供合理建议。

Study on the Relationship between Undergraduate’s
Personality and Career Interest in Jiangsu University
Abstract Career success is closely linked to personality and career match. Study on undergraduate's personality and career interest in relationships have important practical significance. Personality theory on the basis of the authority in this study, selection of incline inside-extroversion and emotional-rationality as a dimension of personality classification, 5D character models, and undergraduate careers on five different types of character analysis. This study by questionnaire method, with 5D and Holland's vocational interest test is based on the character model, design of survey questionnaires, survey, Jiangsu University undergraduate students the relationship between personality type and career interests and analysis of different grades, College, professional, gender impact on undergraduates ' personality and career interest matching. Undergraduate personality in this article are divided into 5 categories, grasp the basic conditions of various personality types, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different types of character, and in combination with their career interests, studies varied undergraduate career interests, and offers suggestions for undergraduates.
