摘 要
随着经济的快速发展,现代企业面临着诸多挑战,人力资源作为一种重要资源越来越被企业所重视,培训作为人力资源管理开发的一个重要方法,逐渐被越来越多的企业所重视,并运用到企业日常的管理运营中,加强员工培训是提高技术水平,维是企业健康发展所必须重视的关键环节。相对于企业而言,企业的竞争核心是人才的竞争,人力资源的开发战略和管理离不开企业培训体系建立起一个合理科学的培训体系,在建立一个良好的培训需求体系基础上,使员工能够得到更好发展,从而提高企业人才实力,培训则是提高企业员工素质必不可少的一环, 企业是否重视员工培训可以预测其未来具有的竞争潜力。
本文针对所在实习的贵州乐意开发公司的培训现状和相关情况,从有关员工培训的理论出发,从企业员工培训的界定入手,在文献研究和实地调研的基础上,通过对调查结果的研究和分析,指出了该公司员工培训存在的问题并提出相应的改进措施,期望可以制作合理科学的培训方案,加强员工培训的有效性,提升员工的整体综合素质,从而为公司带来更高的收益,实现企业的战略目标。

Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the modern enterprise is facing many challenges,Human resources as in the past no longer seen as a kind of cost, and as an important resource becomes more and more important for the enterprise,Training as an important method to develop and manage human resources have been used more and more enterprises, strengthen staff training is to improve the horizontal acquisition technology to maintain the healthy development of the modern enterprise must pay attention to the key link.For the enterprise, enterprise's competition is talented person's competition in the final analysis, human resource development strategy and management cannot leave the establishment of training system,Establish a good system of training needs, can make the enterprise and staff to better development. Training is indispensable in improving enterprise staff qualities,Whether an enterprise attaches great importance to staff training can predict its future competition potential.
In practice, the author of this paper present situation of the development of GuiZhou is willing to company's training and related situation, from the relevant theories of staff training, and, from the perspective of the definition of enterprise staff training,On the basis of literature research and field research, through the study of the results of the survey and analysis,Points out the problems existing in the company staff training and put forward the corresponding improvement measures, hope can make reasonable scientific training plan, strengthen the effectiveness of employee training.
