在知识经济时代,企业之间的竞争根本是人才的竞争,吸引、选择和保留高素质的人力资源是企业生存和发展的关键。人才是企业发展的动力,人才是企业生产、经营的核心,人才是企业的未来。随着经济发展,企业竞争激烈,招聘工作成为企业遴选人才的关键步骤,在数量众多的应聘者中如何选出适合自己企业的人才,成为了人力资源管理中遇到的首要问题。招聘作为人力资源获取的第一环节在企业中显得尤为重要。本文以亚振家具有限公司为例,从员工招聘的相关概念和重要性出发,分析亚振家具有限公司在员工招聘中存在的问题及原因,提出完善员工招聘机制建议。

Abstract In the era of knowledge economy, the competition between enterprises is the talent competition, attract, select and retain high-quality human resources is the key of enterprise survival and development.Talent is the driving force of enterprise development, talent is the core of the production, management, talent is the future of the company.With the development of economy, business competition, recruitment has become a key step in selection of enterprise talent, how to select the suitable enterprise talent in the number of applicants, has become the major problems encountered in the management of human resources.As the first part of human resource acquisition,recruitment is very important in the enterprise.A-zenith Furniture Co. Ltd., for example, from employees recruitment related concepts and the importance of starting to analyze the problems and causes of the A-zenith Furniture Co. Ltd.employees recruitment proposed recommendations to improve employee recruitment.
