摘要 当今社会，公司持续健康的发展离不开其财务的管理。公司财务管理的主要内容莫过于财务风险的防范与控制。如何控制财务风险，国内外学者都有过研究，本文从社会关系网络的视角研究财务风险控制，希望能对此研究领域有所补充。
公司社会关系网络可以从外部和内部着手，本文中，外部的社会关系网络从公司领导的和公司外部横向的联系这两个角度着手，而公司内部的社会关系网络则从公司价值观、企业文化和公司员工素质情况这两个角度入手，研究其对财务风险控制的影响，并结合ABC公司的案例分析，使基于社会关系网络的财务风险控制研究机理获得实践经验的证实与补充。
在提出基于社会关系网络的财务风险控制对策上，则从财务风险的成因分析的三个方面入手：第一，领导层风险防范意识不够；第二，企业资本结构失衡；第三，企业财务管理制度漏洞百出，融入公司内外部社会关系网络的影响，提出了针对一般民营企业的财务风险控制对策：第一，公司领导应该树立正确的风险防范意识；第二，公司应改善其资本结构及客户情况；第三，公司应建立健全财务管理制度。

The research of Financial risk control based on social relations network——ABC company as an example
Abstract In today's society, the company's continuous healthy development cannot leave the financial management. The main content of financial management is to prevent and control the financial risk. How to control financial risk has been done by scholars at home and abroad. This article from the perspective of social relation network studies financial risk control, hoping to supplement to this research field.
Company social relation network can be divided into the outside and inside, this article,dividing the external social networks into the perspectives of the two ,that is the company leadership’s and company horizontal connections’, while internal social networks is divided from company values, corporate culture and employee quality situation, to study the influence on financial risk control, combined with case analysis of ABC company, making the financial risk control research mechanism based on social relations network with practical experience confirmed and added.
Based on social relations network in the financial risk control countermeasures, from the causes of financial risk analysis of three aspects: first, leadership risk awareness is not enough; Second, the enterprise capital structure is imbalance; Third, the enterprise financial management system is flawed, with the influence of internal and external social relation network, the company put forward in view of the general private enterprise financial risk control countermeasures: first, the company leadership should establish correct consciousness of risk prevention; Second, the company should improve their capital structure and customer information; Third, the company shall establish a sound system of financial management.
