摘要：近几年，针对农村金融市场的发展状况，我国出台了一些促进新型农村金融机构发展的政策。新型农村金融机构是相对于传统的金融机构而言的，主要包括村镇银行、贷款公司、农村资金互助社。新型农村金融机构设立及发展对增加农村金融供给、促进农村经济发展具有重要意义。
采用层次分析法得出影响新型农村金融机构发展的因素主要有产品创新、员工素质、知名度、公司治理、政策扶持、金融环境、法律法规，这些因素可概括为内部因素和外部因素。目前，我国新型农村金融机构在这些方面存在着问题，我国应该从以上分析因素着手，即从自身发展和外部环境两个角度提出解决对策。
关键词：新型农村金融机构；村镇银行；层次分析法；专家打分法
Research on the development of new rural financial institutions in our country
Abstract: In recent years, for the development of rural financial markets, China issued a number of policies to promote the development of new rural financial institutions. New rural financial institutions are relative to traditional financial institutions, including rural banks, loan companies and rural mutual cooperatives. The establishment and development of new rural financial institutions have great significance to increase the supply of rural finance and promote rural economic development.
Using AHP results factors affecting development of new rural financial institutions, including product innovation, quality of staff, reputation, corporate governance, policy support, financial environment, laws and regulations, these factors can be summarized as internal factors and external factors. At present, China's new rural financial institutions in these areas have some problems. From the above analysis of the factors should proceed, that is, from their point of view to develop and propose solutions to the external environment two countermeasures.
