【摘要】2008年起始于美国次贷危机的全球性金融危机给世界各国的经济带来了巨大灾难，全球经济萎缩。在此情形下各国均对本国政治经济方面做出巨大调整，国际市场的竞争日益加强。然而，从2010年开始，世界经济逐步回暖，在这个恢复的过程当中，我国获得了投资国外市场的大好机遇的同时，也面临着巨大的挑战。基于此，本文先陈述对外直接投资的概念以及我国对外直接投资的新特点和原因，继而回顾我国对外直接投资的发展历程，再阐述我国企业对外直接投资国际环境、国内环境机遇和面临的政治风险、贸易保护主义和法律政策不完善等挑战，最后从企业自身发展核心竞争力和政府支持等角度提出一些有效的对策建议，以促进我国对外直接投资在今后的快速发展。

Our country enterprise foreign direct investment opportunities, challenges and solutions
Abstract：Starting in 2008 the U.S. subprime crisis to the global financial crisis the world economy has brought great disaster, the global economic downturn. All countries have their own political and economic aspects to make huge adjustments in this case, the competition in the international market increasingly strengthened. However, starting in 2010, the gradual recovery of the world economy, in this recovery process, our access to foreign markets is a great investment opportunity, but also faces enormous challenges. Based on this, the paper will present the concept of foreign direct investment ,new features and reasons of China's foreign direct investment, and then elaborate foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises international environment and domestic political risks and opportunities facing the environment, trade protection imperfect doctrine and legal policy challenges, the final solutions put forward some effective strategies from their own core competitiveness and development perspectives of government support to promote foreign direct investment in the future of China's rapid development.
