[摘要] 2013年9月29日，中国（上海）自由贸易试验区（以下简称自贸区）正式挂牌成立。这是中国首个自贸区，也是中国新一轮对内改革和对外开放的标志。然而，自贸区定义的发展方向是怎样的，建成之后发展的现状如何，继续发展又会呈现怎样的态势，对周边地区乃至全国又会产生怎样的影响。这些问题都有待研究，以便更好地把握自贸区的发展方向，引领和带动周边地区更好地发展。本文着重介绍了自贸区的发展现状，并运用相关金融理论就其现状分析其将来的发展趋势。另外，本文还构建了数学模型，探讨自贸区的发展对外部的影响，以期周边的经济体可以更好地应对自贸区的发展。

The development trend and impact of China（Shanghai）free trade zone
[ABSTRACTS] In September 29, 2013, China (Shanghai) free trade zone (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai FTZ”) was set up formally. It is the first free trade zone, and it marks the China’s reform and opening in the new term. The direction of development of Shanghai FTZ, the development situation and how will it grow are unknown. Moreover, what impacts will it put on the surrounding areas and even the whole country? If we can know these questions better, we can know how to keep the pace of Shanghai FTZ. This paper introduces the development situation of the FTZ, and the analysis of the tendency of the future development by using the related financial theory. In addition, this paper also constructs a mathematical model, to investigate the effect of outer zone, so that the surrounding economies can develop better cope with Shanghai FTZ.

[ABSTRACTS] In September 29, 2013, China (Shanghai) free trade zone (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai FTZ”) was set up formally. It is the first free trade zone, and it marks the China’s reform and opening in the new term. The direction of development of Shanghai FTZ, the development situation and how will it grow are unknown.
