摘要
自实施改革开放政策以来，我国经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就。特别是二十一世纪以来，经济增长率多年保持在10%左右，我国经济增长速度保持持续高速的发展趋势。2011年，我国GDP达到47.2万亿元，超越日本成为世界第二大经济体。同时，超越世界第一大经济体美国，成为世界第一大能源消费国。国民经济与能源需求的快速增长对重要的战略资源产生了非常高的对外依存度，资源供给能力下降，风险提高，这严重限制了我国经济健康的可持续发展。
其中，我国的钢铁工业成长迅速，引起了对铁矿石需求的增长。然而我国的铁矿石行业却面临着严峻挑战。首先，我国的铁矿石数量大，品位却比较低：其次，国际矿商掌握着世界优质的铁矿资源，练手提高铁矿石价格，使得我国企业获取铁矿石的成本越来越大。这种情况促使我国铁矿企业加快对外直接投资的步伐。经过二十多年的发展，我国铁矿石行业对外直接投资取得了一定的成果，但是在“走出去”的过程中遇到了一些棘手的问题。因此，就我国铁矿石行业的对外直接投资进行深入研究就刻不容缓。本文从区位选择视角分析我国铁矿石行业对外直接投资，为我国铁矿石行业对外直接投资区位选择及铁矿投资的稳定健康有序发展提供决策建议。

Abstract
Since the implementation of reform and opening up policy , China's economic development has made remarkable achievements. Especially since the 21st century, economic growth remained at around 10% for years , China's sustained and rapid economic growth to maintain the trend . In 2011 , China's GDP reached 47.2 trillion yuan , surpassing Japan to become the world's second largest economy. Meanwhile , beyond the world's largest economies, the United States has become the world's largest energy consumer. Rapid economic growth and energy demand for an important strategic resource to produce a very high dependence on foreign resources supply capacity decreased, the risk increased, which severely limits the sustainable development of China's economic health.
Among them, China 's steel industry was growing rapidly, causing the growth in demand for iron ore . However, our country's iron ore industry is facing severe challenges. First , China's iron ore in large quantities, lower than grade : Secondly, the international mining companies to use high-quality iron ore resources in the world , practiced hand raise iron ore prices , making the cost of iron ore companies get bigger and bigger. This prompted enterprises to accelerate the pace of China's iron ore foreign direct investment. After twenty years of development, China 's foreign direct investment in the iron ore industry has made some achievements , but in the "going out " process encountered some difficult issues. Therefore, in-depth study on foreign direct investment on the urgency of the iron ore industry. Select this article from the perspective of China's iron ore industry, location analysis of foreign direct investment, foreign direct investment location choice and orderly , stable and healthy development of China's iron ore investment industry to provide policy recommendations .
