摘 要
随着中国经济的高速发展以及城市化进程的不断深入,商品住房需求量很大,房地产市场发展迅速。而为了抑制房价过快增长,整顿房地产市场,政府不断采取措施对房地产行业进行宏观调控,导致置业顾问竞争日益激烈,置业顾问的流失已达到一个相当高的程度。置业顾问高比例的流失极大地影响了房地产企业的经营。如果不加以控制,置业顾问流失最终将影响房地产企业持续发展的潜力和竞争力。可以说,如何吸引并留住优秀置业顾问将决定房地产企业是否能在激烈的市场竞争中抓住机遇,并最终赢得长远发展。
本论文以中xx公司置业顾问为研究对象,致力于结合实际情况,探讨房地产企业置业顾问高流失率的原因,以期找出降低员工流失率的方法。最后实现减少公司因员工流失造成的各项损失,为企业创造更多价值的目标。

Abstract
With China's rapid economic development and the deepening of the process of urbanization, commodity housing is in great demand and the real estate market is growing rapidly. In order to curb the excessive growth of the real estate market consolidation, the government continued to take measures to carry out macro-control of the real estate industry, resulting in an increasingly competitive property consultant. Loss of property consultant has reached a very high level. A high proportion of the loss of property consultant has greatly affected the operation of the real estate business. If not controlled, the loss of property consultant will ultimately affect the real estate business potential and competitiveness of sustainable development. It can be said, how to attract and retain the best real estate property consultant will determine the ability of the business to seize opportunities in the fierce market competition, and ultimately win the long-term development.
The paper in which property consultants in the Zhongguang Real Estate Group Nanjing Branch are the research object, is committed to combining the actual situation, to explore the causes of real estate company property consultants high turnover rate and find out which way to reduce staff turnover. Finally, the company achieve a reduction of the loss of property consultants due to staff turnover and the goal of creating more value for the enterprise.
