[摘要]经济全球化和国际产业结构的调整推动了服务外包产业的发展。随着信息技术的发展，我国服务外包产业迎来了良好的发展机遇，逐渐成为重要接包国之一。江苏应当充分发挥自身优势，积极承接国际服务外包，促进江苏经济的跨越式发展。
本文首先介绍了服务外包的含义、类型与特点，再分析了国际服务外包与中国服务外包的发展现状，研究了江苏省服务外包的发展现状，运用SWOT 分析方法对江苏省服务外包的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了深入分析，并基于此分析对江苏省服务外包产业提出了进一步发展的建议。

Current situation and Countermeasures of Service Outsourcing In Jiangsu Province
[ABSTRACTS]Economic globalization and international adjustment of industrial structure has promoted the flourish of trade in services, China's service outsourcing industry, ushered in a good opportunity for development, has become one of the important service offers. It is essential for Jiangsu to deploy its advantages, and actively under take international service outsourcing, to Promote Economy leapfrog development in Jiangsu.
Firstly, This paper introduces the concept and types of service outsourcing industry and summarizes the characteristics of it. And then, it analyses the present state of international and national service outsourcing industry development. This article also studies the present state of Jiangsu Province service outsourcing development and uses the SWOT analysis to analyze the superiority, weakness, the opportunity, threatens of Jiangsu Province service outsourcing. In the foundation of the analysis, it gives out some countermeasures and suggestions for Jiangsu Province service outsourcing.
