摘要 大数据时代的到来，改变了很多领域的生产生存方式，有些技术手段在大数据到来之际已经无法正常运行。如何对待大数据带来的改变，如何利用大数据时代到来的科学成果，将决定各个行业领域的发展方向。而档案作为一种非常重要的信息资源，为人们提供更全面的信息。但是档案信息资源具有数量庞大、时空分散性、记录形式多样等特点，这使得档案信息的利用率很低。采用怎样的存储方式才能让档案工作者更方便管理，是档案信息更便于现实利用，是大数据时代档案管理工作者急需解决的问题。采用云存储技术，可以实现有效的海量数据管理，方便、快捷、节约成本、容量可扩展等等，云存储技术一系列的特点，为档案管理者提供了更好地管理方式。
本文根据大数据背景下档案管理的特点研究了档案管理中大数据对存储的需求，进一步分析了云存储技术在档案管理中的优势，列举出了制约云存储技术在档案管理中应用的主要因素，并针对云存储技术的制约因素提出了相应的对策，以便于云存储技术更好地应用在档案管理中。

Application of Cloud Storage Technology in the Archives Management under the Background of Big Data
Abstract The arrival of the era of big data, changing the way of life in many areas of production, some techniques have been unable to operate normally in the dawn of big data. How to deal with change brought about big data, how to use big data era of scientific results will determine the direction of development of various industries. And the file as a very important source of information for people to provide more comprehensive information.But with a large number of archival information resources, space and time dispersion, recording forms and other characteristics, which makes the utilization of archival information is very low. How to make the use of storage management more convenient archivists, the reality is easier to use archival information is the era of big data archivists urgent problem. Adoption of cloud storage technology, can achieve an effective mass data management, convenient, fast, cost savings, capacity can be expanded, and so on, a series of cloud storage technology features a file manager provides better management.
In this paper, under the background of a large data file management features of the records management needs of large data storage, cloud storage technology to further analyze the advantages of file management, list the main factors constraining cloud storage technology in the application of records management and cloud storage technology for the constraints put forward corresponding countermeasures, in order to facilitate better application of cloud storage technology in file management.
