摘要 随着信息化技术席卷全球,许多企业逐步采用信息化手段代替原有的手工方式,对企业进行规范管理,以提高企业产能、增加企业收益。然而,由于资金、技术、人才、设备等限制,许多中小制造型企业只能对企业信息化望而却步。在互联网广泛应用、云计算逐渐成熟的背景下,SaaS模式的出现为中小制造型企业提供了一种全新的服务方式。它可以使用在线租赁的方式为中小企业提供信息和个性化的服务,以满足中小制造型企业信息化建设的需求,帮助企业实现生产效率和管理质量的提高。
本文首先分析SaaS模式在国内外研究现状,以此为基础详细阐述SaaS的概念和优缺点,将其与云计算的另两种模式进行比较,为基于SaaS模式的中小制造型企业信息化提供理论基础。结合我国中小制造型企业信息化当前发展水平,针对现阶段中小制造型企业信息化存在的问题,以SaaS模式为基础提出解决方案。从中小制造型企业的功能需求出发,以诺兰模型为基础,结合企业实例,提出基于SaaS模式的中小制造型企业信息化发展前景。

The Analysis of Prospect Development of Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprise Information Based on SaaS
Abstract As information technology throughout the world, many manufacturing companies adopt means of information instead of the original manual way to regulate the management of the enterprise gradually in order to increase business productivity and business revenue. However, due to financial, technical, personnel, equipment and other restrictions, many small and medium manufacturing enterprises are still only on enterprise information prohibitive. Under the background of the widespread use of the Internet and the maturity of Cloud Computing, the appearance of the SaaS model provides a new approach to service for small and medium manufacturing enterprises. It can utilize online rental way for small and medium manufacturing enterprises to provide information and personalized services to meet the needs of small and medium manufacturing enterprises information construction, in order to help companies to achieve improved productivity and quality of management.
This paper analyzes the research of the SaaS model at home and abroad, on the basis, it states the concept, advantages and disadvantages of SaaS. Comparing the other two models in cloud computing, in order to provide a theoretical model for the small and medium manufacturing enterprise information based SaaS model foundation. With the current level of Chinese small and medium manufacturing enterprises’ information development and the information problems of small and medium manufacturing enterprise in the contemporary stage, proposing the solutions under the basis of the SaaS model. From functionality needs of small and medium manufacturing enterprises, under the basis of the Nolan model, combining with business examples, small and medium manufacturing enterprises raised prospect development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise information based on SaaS.
