摘要：信息系统项目作为一种新兴的项目工程,依托于知识与技术,具有高度的不确定性,因此常常导致其较高的失败率,因而信息系统项目风险影响因素研究对于信息系统项目来说就显得尤为重要。本文找出影响项目的风险影响因素，对项目风险提出处置方法，通过对信息系统项目风险影响因素的识别，估计和评价,把信息系统项目风险发生的概率，风险影响的大小等因素通过数学方法分析计算,得出信息系统项目各种风险的风险值,从而决定采取什么样的控制措施。通过深入的研究和了解情况,可以使决策更有把握,更符合项目的方针和目标,从总体上使项目减少风险,保证项目目标的实现。

Research on Project Risk Factors of Information Systems
Summary Information system project as a new project, relying on the knowledge and technology, with a high degree of uncertainty, and therefore often leads to their high failure rate, and the impact of information systems project risk factors for information systems projects is particularly important.
