摘 要
信息时代的到来和信息技术的发展，“信息化”成为了这个时代的主题，信息化成为了时代发展不可或缺的重要条件之一。面对信息化浪潮提供的机遇，教育信息化成为了信息社会中教育事业发展的必然选择。高校教育信息化是教育信息化的重要构成部分，因此开展对高校教育信息化的评价有着举足轻重的意义。
本文首先简要介绍了课题的研究背景、目的、意义等，对指标体系的相关概念进行了界定。分析研究了国内外教育信息化已有的指标体系和评价方法，为本文建立的指标体系提供了理论依据和参考。本课题以教育信息化及指标体系构建原则为理论依据，建立在国际信息化标准指标体系的基础之上，构建出一套符合实际的高校教育信息化评价指标体系。
本文实证分析以江苏省为例，根据调查所得数据，采用综合分析的方法对构建出的指标进行评价，对高校教育信息化水平进行综合、全面、客观的评价，从而了解现今高校教育信息化的发展水平，进而提出具有针对性的教育信息化建设意见，这对引导高校教育信息化的发展方向具有一定的理论和现实意义。

Abstract
With the advent of information era and the progress of information technology, "Informatization" has become the theme of the era , informatization has become one of the necessary factors to the development of era .Faced with the opportunity of development provided by the information tide,the educational informatization has become the inevitable choice to develop the education in informational society.The Higher Education Informatization is an important component of education informatization, therefore the eva luation of the Higher Education Informatization has a very important significance to the Education Informatization.
Firstly, this article introduced the existing index system of education informatization in the civil and foreign. This paper also introduced the research background, purpose, significance briefly ，and define the concept of the index system.We analyzed the education informationization of the existing index system and eva luation methods at home and abroad, which is the theoretical basis and reference to set up the index system provides .This article is based on the education informatization and the principles of index system, and is built up on the international standard of informatization index system to establish the eva luation index system of higher education informatization.
The specific case of this article is the colleges in Jiangsu Provence. To realize the current situation of higher education informatization,this article adopt comprehensive analysis to eva luate the higher education informatization, roundly and objectively.Based on the results of the eva luation ,we can put forward targeted education informatization construction, which can make a certain significance to the development of higher education informatization .
