摘 要
随着我国改革开放的不断深入，市场经济的不断发展，小微企业数量迅速扩张，质量不断提升，已逐渐成为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。成功之处值得肯定，但在小微企业迅猛发展壮大的过程中，由于其所拥有的不动产较少，又大多不具备向社会直接发行债券股票的资格，所以融资困难就成为制约小微企业可持续发展的突出问题。在此情形下，寻求更广阔的融资空间成为小微企业迫在眉睫的问题，专利融资应运而生。该融资模式有利于解决中小企业融资难问题，不仅促进企业自主研发创新，还与国家倡导促进企业升级转型的战略导向一致，而且该融资方式很早在国外发达国家得到政府政策鼓励并取得显著成果。我国也在不断推出相应的政策法规，并在多个城市进行探索，很多企业也取得了不错的成果。
本文从我国现阶段小微企业融资现状出发，对我国小微企业专利融资主要方式的研究比较，分析其存在风险和应用弊端，借鉴国外成熟的专利融资经验，提出符合我国社会主义市场经济国情，适合我国小微企业发展实力特色的专利融资意见，为我国今后小微企业专利融资发展提供一些可行的借鉴。

ABSTRACT
With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the continuous development of market economy, the rapid expansion of the number of small and micro enterprises, and improve quality, the socialist market economy has gradually become an important part. Success worthy of recognition, but the rapid development and expansion of small and micro enterprises in the process, because they have less real estate, and most do not have the qualifications issue bonds directly to the public stocks, so as a constraint on the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises outstanding issues of sustainable development. In this case, seek a broader space into small micro-enterprise financing issues at stake, patent financing emerged. The financing model is conducive to resolving the problem of financing small and medium enterprises, not only to promote independent research and development and innovation, but also with national advocacy to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises consistent strategic direction, and the financing early in the developed countries by the government policy to encourage and achieved remarkable results . China is also constantly introduce appropriate policies and regulations, and to explore a number of cities, many companies have achieved good results.
From the current situation of small and micro enterprises financing starting stage, the study on the financing of small and micro enterprises patents main way of comparison, the analysis of the risks and drawbacks applications, patents financing from abroad mature experience, made in line with China's socialist market economy conditions, suitable for small and micro enterprise development finance strength characteristics of the patent, to provide some practical lessons for the future financing of small and micro enterprises development of China's patent.
