摘要

《美食，祈祷，恋爱》是美国作家伊丽莎白R26;吉尔伯特的一部自传此书以独到的视角记录了一名成功女性在抛下财富与名誉后踏上自我寻找之旅的过程，其足迹遍布意大利、印度和印度尼西亚。本文将围绕美食和女性自我发现这一主题，通过分析美食在作者自我发现过程中三个阶段不同的作用和影响，得出作者最终在身体、精神和情感方面得到了提升，实现了自我发现的结论。
