摘要：:术后护理在肝移植中起着举足轻重的作用，它为病人从移植至重返生活的整个期间提供了连续的评估和护理，术后护理质量的高低直接影响着患者的恢复和预后。随着肝移植的不断发展，护理经验的不断积累，肝移植在术后的病情监测、输液护理、管道护理、术后主要并发症的观察与护理取得了新的进展。这不仅提高了肝移植术后的工作质量，而且还提高了肝移植的临床效果，提高了肝移植术后病人的存活率，提高了移植术后病人的生活质量。

Abstract: Post-operative nursing occupies a decisive position in liver transplantation. It provides continuous assessment and nursing for the patients from transplanting to returning to life. The quality of nursing whether is high or low directly affects the patients’ rehabilitation and prognosis. With the rapid development of liver transplantation and with the accumulation of nursing experience, post-operative nursing has made more up-to-date development, which include monitoring of the patient’s change, diet nursing, infusion nursing, tract nursing, observation and nursing of major post-operation complications. So not also has the quality of nursing been improved

Abstract: Post-operative nursing occupies a decisive position in liver transplantation. It provides continuous assessment and nursing for the patients from transplanting to returning to life.
