摘要：面对糖尿病足发病率逐年增高和目前大多数已患或高危易患人群对于本病的基本知识不了解，缺乏足够重视的现状，参考近年来国内外报道DF的文献，对糖尿病足的中西医定义、病因病机、目前国内外主要治疗方案及中西医结合预防护理措施做简要综述，以便达到未病先防，既病防变的目的，防患于未然，减少截肢的发生。

Abstract：In the face of the actuality that incidence of the diabetic foot(DF)is rising year after year and a majority of public who are in trouble or in
danger do not know about the essence knowledge of the DF and attach little
important to this disease, consulting many near literatures and report news
of DF in-out of state,I summarize the definition、pathogeny、high risk fators、mostly treatment schemes,preventment and nursing measures combined of westernand chinese medicine so as to attain the objective that avoid illness in adv-ance and defending the changes in ill，reduce the occurrence of ampuation.

1. 前言
“糖尿病”(diabetes mellitus,DM)是一种全球范围内的严重危害人类健康的常见内分泌代谢性疾病。近些年来随着人类生活水平的提高，DM的发病率正以惊人的速度在增加呈明显的上升趋势。据统计，1998年，全世界DM患者约有1.48亿人。据世界卫生组织估计，到2025年DM的患病人数将超过3亿。在我国，1996年DM的发病率为3.21%，比1979年增加了3倍。2000年全国人群调查
