摘要
随着时代的发展,机加工行业已经非常的普及,但是对于大批量的复杂零件加工,还是要用专用机床来进行加工。
本文设计的机床为加工大型油轮舵装置键槽的机床,也可用于大型结构件键槽的加工。舵装置的键槽是内孔键槽,孔为锥孔、盲孔,而且采用双键联接结构,尺寸大,加工精度较高。本文研究了该舵装置键槽的加工工艺以及为加工键槽而设计的专用机床。
本机床是一台专用的车铣床,其床身和总体结构为一台车床,切削功能为铣削,其总原理为将整个铣头和传动轴通过大拖板的运动,伸入孔内,用指状铣刀来铣削加工内孔键槽。通过大拖板的横向运动来实现槽长的加工,通过中拖板和立块的运动来分别实现槽宽和槽深的加工,另外通过一个定位销及螺栓联接实现主轴架的分度调节,以实现水平、垂直四个正交方向键槽的加工。加工进给的每一个往复运动中,中拖板的水平运动及滑块的上下运动均由锁紧机构利用变频器控制进给电机和切削电机的转速,实现进给速度和切削速度的调整。该工装是在一次装夹的基础上实现多处键槽加工,因而不仅能够保证舵叶锥孔本身的加工精度,而且能够保证对称双键槽的形位精度。此设计不仅可以减少工人劳动强度,而且可以保证加工质量,从而可以获得更好的经济效益。

Abstract
With the development of the times, machine industry has been very popular, but large parts of the processing, they want to use a special machine for processing.
The processed products for large tankers rudder device keyway,Can also be used for large-scale structure of the processing keyway . The rudder device keyway to hole keyway , Hole of the conical hole, Not run through the holes, Moreover structure of two key connection , Large size , High precision machining. This is a presentation of the keyway installation of the rudder processing and for the processing and design of the keyway dedicated machine.
The machine is a dedicated Milling Machine, Its bed and the overall structure of a lathe, Cutting function of the milling, Principle of its total whole installation box cutter and the drive shaft extension units of a large Worktable movement, Enter the hole, With Finger-shaped cutter Milling to Processing the hole keyway. A large table of horizontal movement to achieve trough direction of the length of processing, And the second stage through the vertical direction of the movement to block the realization of the respective width and depth of processing, Through a marketing and bolts to achieve workstations adjust the angle , Achieve the level of four vertical direction on the cross-slot processing . Feed every one of the reciprocating movement , The second stage of horizontal movement and block movement of the people in campaigns by organizations using fixed frequency electrical machinery control mobiles and the processing speed of motor rotation , Achieving velocity mobile speed and processing speed of adjustment . The Tooling is a fixture on the basis of multiple processing keyway, thus can not only ensure the rudder itself leaves the cone hole machining accuracy, but also to guarantee the keyway symmetric double-precision. This design can not only reduce the labor intensity, but can guarantee the quality of processing, thereby be better economic benefits.
