摘要
随着信息技术的蓬勃发展,尤其是计算机技术、网络通讯技术、多媒体技术、数据库技术及自动化技术的日新月异,为办公自动化的发展提供了广阔的空间。传统的办公模式中公文流转速度较慢,安全性不够,对公文信息的处理、统计、分析较烦琐,在沟通、协作和控制等方面存在不足。办公自动化在提高政府机关或企事业单位各部门的办公质量和办公效率,提高决策的科学性和正确性,提高领导者的管理水平,推动各单位的信息化建设等方面起着举足轻重的作用。
本论文以基于Lotus Domino的办公自动化系统的建设为背景,综合运用了Internet /Intranet的各种新的信息技术,针对办公自动化系统及其关键技术进行研究和开发。
论文首先介绍了办公自动化的定义,国内外OA的发展现状和发展趋势,通过分析办公自动化系统的功能需求,结合对现有各种以开发平台和群件系统的对比,确定本以系统的最佳开发和运行平台为Lotus Domino/Notes,文中简要介绍了Lotus Domino/ Notes的特点。
接着提出了基于Lotus Notes群件和Intranet的办公管理信息系统的体系结构,完成了公文管理、通用信息、个人办公、系统维护等模块的开发。
最后,根据目前技术的发展和实际办公的需要,总结了当前的工作,并对办公自动化系统的发展进行了展望。

Design and Implementation of office Automation System Based on Lotus Domino/Notes
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, especially in the progress of computer technology, network communication technology, multimedia technology, database technology and automation technology, it provides wide space to the application of Office Automation. There is shortage of traditional official mode in communication, cooperation, control, such as low speed of document flow, insufficient security, trivial disposal, statistics and analysis on document information. OA is very important to improve the office quality and efficiency of the office or corporation, it can help to enhance scientific and exact decision and also has a very important meaning to improve the management of managers and the corporation information.
This thesis is on the background of the construction of office automation system based on Lotus Domino R5, synthetically exercises various new information technology on Internet/ Intranet. It mainly studies the research and development of OA system and pivotal technology.
The paper firstly introduces the definition of OA, it’s development actuality and international trend. Through analyzing the function demand of OA, and comparing kinds of existing OA development platform, it brings forward that Lotus Domino/Notes is the best developing platform in this system. Following it, Lotus Domino/Notes is simply presented.
After that,the architecture OA system based on groupware Lotus Notes and Intranet is proposed, the main modules of OA system, include file administration, universal information, personal office information and system maintenance management are developed.
Finally, according to the development of current technology and the demand of actual work, we summarize the present work and look into the future of office automation system.
