摘要：早期的网络犯罪主要集中在信息的破坏和窃取上，随着电子信息技术的不断发展，电子商务（e-commerce）也变得越来越红火，网络从犯罪客体也会变成犯罪工具。犯罪分子看中电子商务的无界性、便利性和隐蔽性在互联网上实施销赃的犯罪行为；从而产生了一种新的销赃方式——“网络销赃”。由于我国互联网的管理制度和立法起步晚，发展速度又较快，缺乏足够的经验积累，因此在各个方面和环节都存在不足之处，亟求改进和完善。本文首先明确什么叫“网络销赃”，阐明此犯罪行为与传统的销赃行为有何不同；论述如何通过各种措施来打击预防控制这种新的犯罪行为的发生。

Early information network focused on the criminal damage and theft, along with the constant development of electronic and information technologies. E-commerce (e) is becoming hot. from the object of the crime would become tools for criminal networks. Criminals see no e-commerce sector, and to facilitate the implementation of stolen goods on the Internet concealed criminal acts; thereby creating a new way of stolen goods -- "network of stolen goods." Since China started late in the Internet management system and the legislature to develop a faster pace, the lack of adequate experience accumulated. Therefore, in all aspects and links exist deficiencies, urgently seeking to improve. This paper clearly what is meant by "network of stolen goods," to clarify this criminal act and act different from the traditional disposal of stolen goods; through various measures on how to combat this new crime prevention and control activities.
