摘 要
频率特性测试仪简称扫频仪,是一种根据扫频测量法原理组成的分析电路频率特性的电子测量仪器,主要用于电路频率特性的测试。它是一种把扫频信号发生器和示波器结合起来的测试仪器。虚拟频率特性测试仪,由数据采集设备中D/A 功能单元产生的激励信号作用于待测系统或网络(电路),得到的响应信号经数据采集设备中的A/D功能单元采集后送入计算机,以对应于各种不同种类激励,响应信号的算法(应用程序)进行处理,最后给出系统频率特性。
传统扫频仪不仅价格昂贵,体积宠大,而且只能显示幅频特性曲线,不能得到相频特性曲线, 更不能打印被测网络的频响曲线,给使用者带来诸多不便。虚拟频率特性测试仪要比传统的电子仪器更为通用,在组建和改变仪器的功能和技术性能方面更为灵活、更为经济,更能适应迅猛发展的当代科学技术对测量技术和测量仪器不断提出的更新并扩展功能与性能的要求。
基于USB6009DAQ频率特性测试仪的设计共分三个部分。第一部分,介绍频率特性测试仪器的原理和应用;第二部分,虚拟频率特性测试仪设计,介绍虚拟仪器的特点和软硬件构建;用LabVIEW设计了测试仪的前面板和流程图,实现USB6009DAQ卡输出正弦信号和采集电路响应的功能;第三部分,给出测试高、低、带通滤波电路的结果和步骤。

Abstract: The frequency characteristic tester is called shortly sweeps frequency device, is one kind of basis sweeps the frequency to measure the menstruation principle composition the analysis channel frequency characteristic electronic surveying instrument, mainly uses in the channel frequency characteristic test. It is one kind sweeps the measuring instrument, which the frequency signal generating device and the oscilloscope unifies. The hypothesized frequency characteristic reflect scope reflector, the drive signal which D/the A function unit produces by the data acquisition equipment in affects treat to measure the system or the net green electric circuit), obtains response signal sends in the computer after data acquisition equipment in A/D function unit gathering, corresponds to each kind of different type drove, responds the signal the algorithm (application procedure) to carry on processing, finally produces the system transient output response.
The tradition sweeps the frequency meter not only the price expensively, the volume favors in a big way, moreover only can demonstrate the amplitude frequency characteristic, cannot obtain the frequency characteristic curve, cannot print was measured the network the frequency sound curve, brings to the user many is inconvenient. The hypothesized frequency characteristic tester must compared to the traditional electronic instrumentation more general, is setting up and changes the instrument the function and the technical performance aspect more nimble, is more economical, can adapt the swift and violent development present age science and technology to survey the renewal and the expansion function and the performance request which the technology and the metering equipment unceasingly proposed.
Supposes based on the USB6009DAQ frequency characteristic tester in all divides three parts. First part, introduction frequency characteristic measuring instrument principle and application; The second part, the hypothesized frequency characteristic tester design, introduced the hypothesized instrument the characteristic and the software and hardware construct; Has designed the tester front panel and the flow chart with LabVIEW, realizes function which the USB6009DAQ card output sine signal and the gathering electric circuit responds; The third part, produces tests high, is low, the band-pass circuit result and the step.
