摘要
在知识经济时代，企业文化的作用非常重大。本文首先从企业文化的定义、功能等方面认识企业文化，并由企业文化的功能作用初步得出重要性的结论，为下文提供基本的理论基础。接着直接阐述企业文化的重要性，并结合海尔和沃尔玛两个中外有代表性的企业文化实践情况全面生动的体现出企业文化的重要性，然后从企业文化对企业核心竞争力的影响、促使企业可持续成长的作用等几个方面来论证企业文化在企业发展中的巨大的作用，并且这是更深层次的作用。最后，基于企业文化的重要性，提出企业文化建设的几点建议并进行简单讨论。

Abstract
In the knowledge times,corporate cultures take a great important part in the society.In this article,I define the corporate cultures and its function at first to recognize it.Then I discuss the importance of the corporate cultures directly,and quote the Haier and the Wal-Mart Stores Inc as the example to discuss the importance in detail and lively .At the third chapter,by the discussion between the corporate cultures and the core of competition I talk over the importance deeply.At last,I take some advices to found and fulfill the corporate cultures.
