摘 要
PLC可编程序控制器是以微处理器为基础,综合了计算机技术、自动控制技术和通讯技术发展而来的一种新型工业控制装置。它具有结构简单、编程方便、可靠性高等优点,已广泛用于工业过程和位置的自动控制中。据统计,可编程控制器是工业自动化装置中应用最多的一种设备。专家认为,可编程控制器将成为今后工业控制的主要手段和重要的基础设备之一,PLC、机器人、CAD/CAM将成为工业生产的三大支柱。由于PLC具有对使用环境适应性强的特性,同时其内部定时器资源十分丰富,可对目前普遍使用的“渐进式”信号灯进行精确控制,特别对多岔路口的控制可方便地实现。因此现在越来越多地将PLC应用于交通灯系统中。同时,PLC本身还具有通讯联网功能,将同一条道路上的信号灯组成一局域网进行统一调度管理,可缩短车辆通行等候时间,实现科学化管理。在该设计中,还引入F940触摸屏模拟十字路口红绿灯闪亮及车辆通行,十分形象地显示出了PLC在交通灯系统中的实际应用
本文介绍了PLC联机在十字路口交通灯实验控制模型中的应用以及与触摸屏的功能特点。PLC作为系统的控制单元在参数进行人机交互的时候有一定欠缺,而触摸屏作为人机接口正好弥补了PLC的这个欠缺。本次设计的实验模型界面友好,简单直观,便于操作。在此设计中,可以通过触摸屏直观地控制PLC,与此同时可以在触摸屏上观察各路口交通灯指示状态。依靠车辆计数仪,利用神经网络等技术对交通系统进行全局优化调度,并在此基础上形成调度指令,利用模糊控制的方法实现交叉口的红绿灯控制。交通信号系统控制是智能交通系统的一个重要部分,不仅可以检测到车流量等交通信息参数,调节路口绿信号配比,变化交通限行、禁行等指路标志,还可以根据系统连接的数据仓完成与交通参与者之间的信息交换,向交通参与者显示道路交通信息、停车信息,提供给交通参与者合理的行驶路线,以达到均衡道路交通负荷的主动的控制策略。从而真正实现交通的智能化控制,为人们的日常生活提供方便。

Abstract
The programmable preface in PLC controller is a kind of new industry controls the device, it regard microprocessor as the foundation, synthesizing the calculator technique, automatic control technique to develop with the communication technique. It has the structure simply, the programming convenient, and the reliable high, which has widely used in the commercial run and in the position of automatic control。Statistics have indicated, the programmable controller is has been used most in the industrial automation installment .The expert believed that, the programmable controller will become the main method controller and important foundation equipment. PLC, ROBOT, CAD/CAM will become the three big props in industrial production. Because PLC has strong adaptability to environment, and its internal timer resources are extremely rich, which may control the signal light accuracy at present, especially to the multi-road fork control. Therefore PLC is used more and more in the traffic light system now。At the same time, PLC itself also has the communication networking function, carries on the identical strip path on signal light composition local area network the centralized dispatcher management, may reduce the vehicles general waiting time, the realization scientific style management.
The paper introduces the property and function of touch screen combined with PLC. And their application in The PLC experiment controls models of Traffic Light at the crossroad. As the human-computer interface, the Touch Screen makes the system easily operated and handled. In this design, we can control PLC intuitively through touch screen, and meanwhile can observe the state of crossing traffic light on touch screen.
The dependence on vehicles calculating instrument, using neural network technologies to dispatch to the transportation system, so it can form the dispatch instruction using fuzzy control method to realize the road intersection traffic light control. The traffic signal systems control is an important part in intelligence transportation system。Not only it may examine transportation information parameters on the traffic flow magnitude, adjust street intersection green signal allocated proportion, change transportation limits and endures line ,and refer to the road sign to exchange information with the transportation participant’s. Demonstrated the road traffic information, the parking information, and travel route, So that balanced road traffic Thus realizes the transportation intellectualized control truly, provides the convenience for people's daily life.
