摘要:在分析无刷直流电机数学模型的基础上,将模糊控制与传统的PID控制相结合,设计了模糊PI无刷直流电机速度控制器,并应用于调速伺服系统。仿真实验表明,用模糊PI控制器代替普通的PI控制器,可以使BLDC的整体性能得到显著改善,是高性能BLDC调速系统开发的一个重要方向。

0 引言
随着电力电子技术、微电子技术、控制理论以及永磁材料的快速发展,无刷直流电机(BLDC)得以迅速推广。直流电机是最常见的一种电机,也是电机的主要类型之一,它是生产或使用直流电能的机电能量转换装置,也是历史上出现最早的电机。直流电机以其平滑的调速性能、宽广的调速范围、较大的起动转矩和制动转矩、较高的过载能力而著称,广泛用于驱动电力机车、轧钢机、机床、卷扬机和起重设备中,尤其适用于高精度、高性能的电力拖动系统。在自动控制领域中也有不少元件应用直流电机,如测速发电机和伺服电动机等。可以说,直流电机在各领域中得到广泛应用。当BLDC调速系统用于要求调速性能、控制精度较高的场合时(如机器人、航天航空、精密电子仪器设备等),BLDC的快速性、稳定性以及鲁棒性是衡量其性能优劣的重要指标。而BLDC是一个多变量、强耦合、非线性、时变的复杂系统,当系统负载或参数发生变化时,传统的PI控制将难以达到设计的预期效果 ......
Abstract: A fuzzy PI controller is designed by combining traditional adap tive controlwith fuzzy control based on the mathematicalmodel of the brushless DC motor. This controller is used in the brushless DC motor (BLDCM ) speed controller. The simulation shows that using fuzzy controllers to replace the conventional PI controller can improve BLDCps performance significantly.
