摘要:随着中国酒店业的发展,酒店员工出现流失现象。作为酒店这个特殊行业,员工的高流失率是十分危险和紧迫的,这会给酒店带来较为严重的经济损失和信誉损失,同时也给社会经济发展带来较多不良影响。本文通过用作者所学理论和实践经验进行思考,对酒店员工流失现象从多个角度分析,指出酒店员工流失的特点,流失现象产生的主客观原因,从而针对问题提出一些防止员工流失的相应对策,对酒店员工流失问题的解决进行了论证。
With China's hotel industry, the loss of the hotel staff appeared.
