JIT在供应链管理中的应用研究—以丰田汽车制造企业为例
摘 要准时化生产（just in time,简称JIT）起源于日本的丰田生产方式。JIT的核心目标是尽可能的降低库存，实现企业的零库存运行，减少资金占用，降低库存成本，提高企业的核心竞争力。
本文着眼于汽车制造企业采购物流领域的研究,将准时化的思想应用到供应链上整车厂和零部件供应商之间的物流运作上,实行JIT采购,以减少企业的库存成本和加快反应速度。到目前为止，绝大多数的美国企业已经开始全部或局部应用JIT采购，并取得了良好的效果。由于实施JIT采购对企业的基础工作、人员素质、管理水平等要求较高，在我国实施JIT采购方法的企业数量还不太多，主要集中在汽车、电子等行业，应用水平也有待进一步提高。在这样的背景下，如何有效地实施JIT采购以及JIT在供应链管理中如何应用成为大多数汽车企业采购管理工作面临的一个重要课题。最终以丰田汽车企业为例，分析JIT在其企业运行方式和成功原因，从而也是对我国汽车制造业的启示。
