摘要:为高粱品种分类,基于分形理论,对4种高粱籽粒图像进行分形分析,比较其分形特征,并将高粱千粒重和籽粒图像像素进行关联。基于灰度直方图的阈值进行背景分割;基于分形原理计算分形维数,得到红高粱、两糯一号、辽粘3号、背面分形维数平均值分别为2.5257、2.6185、2.6344、2.6295,腹面分形维数平均值为2.5359、2.6344、2.6252、2.6309;除外两糯一号,这些高粱品种的腹面分维数都比其的背面分维数要大,辽粘3号与甜高粱分形维数接近,但两者背、腹面分形维数有差别;籽粒像素与千粒重呈现出同样的增减性。结果表明,分形特征和籽粒像素与千粒重的对应关系可以为高粱品种分类以及品质区分提供依据。

Abstract: Using fractal method, the fractal dimensions of 4 different kinds of representative sorghums images are calculated to compare their fractal characteristics. Additionally, One-thousand-grain weights of are measured to assess the relationship between the pixel and the thousand-grain weight. It may provide references for sorghum assortment. The background segmentation is based on gray threshold; The rear fractal dimensions average values are 2.5257、2.6185、2.6344、2.6295 and values are 2.5359、2.6344、2.6252、2.6309, The ventral fractal dimensions are larger than the ventral except for Liangnuo-1.The pixel and the thousand-grain weight are monotonic. The result indicated that it might provide references for sorghum assortment and quality through the fractal characteristics and the relationship between the pixel and the thousand-grain weight.
